These terms govern the convli platform — website, console, header tag and creator tools — operated by Convli Tech. Creating an account means you accept them.
1. The service
convli aggregates affiliate programs from third-party networks and distributes them through publisher websites and creator content. The commercial terms of each program remain defined by the network and the merchant.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Publishers must be authorised to monetize the properties they register; creators must own the audiences they connect. Accounts are personal. We review every property and may refuse or suspend those that breach these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not place the tag on sites you do not control, generate artificial traffic or conversions, misrepresent offers, hide the sponsored disclosure, use the platform for illegal, deceptive, adult, violent or hateful content, or reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service. Program-specific rules from merchants and networks also apply.
4. Revenue share and payouts
convli passes 70% of the net commission confirmed by the network to you and keeps 30%. Net commission is what the network actually pays after reversals. Earnings shown before confirmation are estimates.
Balances close monthly and are payable Net 30 once 50 USD is reached, by Wise or PayPal; provider fees are shown before you confirm. We may withhold amounts affected by fraud, chargebacks, reversals or breaches, and may require tax and identity information.
5. Disclosure and compliance
Every placement carries a “Sponsored” label and every link is rel="sponsored nofollow". Creators are responsible for the disclosure their platforms and local law require; the captions we generate include one, keep it.
6. Intellectual property
convli, its mark, software and documentation belong to us. Merchant logos, images and videos belong to the merchants and may only promote their programs. You keep the rights to your own content.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may change features and this agreement; material changes are announced in the console with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, convli is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or the actions of networks, merchants or payout providers. Our total liability is limited to what we paid you in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time; confirmed balances above the minimum are paid on the next cycle. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms with immediate effect and forfeit unconfirmed or fraudulent earnings.
10. Governing law
Laws of the United States; competent courts of the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that apply to you.
